MEMBER PROFILES
Meet some of our members here.  Not everyone is pictured, but this can give you an idea of who we are and what we do.

Sven H is one of our riflemen and serves as a squad grenadier.  Equipped with his

M-1 Garand and a pocket full of grenades, Sven is feared by all who know him!

Sven lives in Colorado with his new wife Susan.

LtC Chris R is active duty in the US Air Force, with an almost-completed

Doctorate in Military History.  An avid student of history, Chris is known for his

ability to make history come alive for his students.  Chris drives a restored WWII

Jeep, and divides his time between Colorado and Kansas.

Doc Phil is the head of our Midwestern squad, based in northern Illinois.

Doc Phil is a teacher, working to ensure that WWII is not forgotten in our

schools.  He maintains our 2nd Aid Station and is influential in many Midwest

reenacting activities.

Terry W is a past unit commander, living and working in the Denver area.

Terry is a US Army veteran, formerly on staff at the White House.  When

you meet Terry, ask him about “M-1 Thumb”, and watch him blush.

Jeremiah H is one of our multi-faceted members.  “Goose” is interested in

the Aid Station, Ordnance, Chaplains Corps and in our QM Pack Mules.

He also stands in as a climber and ski instructor, and has been known to turn a wrench

on the tank crew.  Not one to be shy, “Goose” also serves as our honorary Norwegian for

the Memorial Day ceremonies, done in cooperation with the 99th Infantry Brigade

(Separate) Norse, who also trained at Camp Hale.

Jon W is an active duty SSgt in the Army, and (when he is in-country), joins us

with a quality squad leader impression.   Jon is a professional soldier,

bringing a quiet professionalism to what he does.  He is also the master

of the bawdy joke, the quick wit and the M-1 rifle.

USAFA Cadets:  While we cannot picture them all, this is a sample

crop of the future leaders of the U.S. Air Force.  This unit makes

uniforms and other resources available to the cadets of the History

Club, who participate when they are able.

More of our members are out there – photos will be added here over time.

Visit us often, or enlist and meet us all first-hand!
