Highlands Festival

2002

        One of the bigger celebrations in the mountains west of Boulder occurs every year in September. The Highland Festival attracts people from all over the world. For several years now, the 10th Mountain Division Living History Display Group has set up camp during the festival in order to educate people about the contribution of 10th Mountain veterans.
